What Personal Information We Collect

- Our service providers. We may disclose your Personal Information to service providers and vendors that perform tasks on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, marketing, and market research analytics.

We have not “sold” any personal information in the traditional sense of the word. However, we have sold or shared (as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act) the following categories of personal information with our marketing partners for the purpose of providing targeted advertising: direct identifiers, internet activity information, and sensitive personal information.
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of individuals under the age of 16.
Security of Personal Information
PCFLA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, changes, or loss. However, no data, on the Internet or otherwise, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise our services across the web. We also use it to provide marketing that is relevant to you. Facebook Lead Ads
Facebook Lead Ads are advertisements we place on Facebook that allow you to submit your personal information directly to us so that we can contact you and discuss your interest in our services. The terms of our privacy policy apply to personal information submitted through a Facebook Lead Ad. We do not target minors through Lead Ads.
Bing Ads Data Collection
Bing Ads uses cookies to collect data regarding user actions on an advertiser’s websites. We use Bing Ads to learn how often users click our advertisements, how long users spend on our Site, how often they visit, and other data.
